The prerequisites are as follow,

Front Office Supervisor:
- D3 graduate from any reputable hotel academy
- has working experience in similar position (hotel front office)
- dilligent, self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision
- good interpersonal skills
- fluent spoken and written English
- computer literate
- not more than 35 years old
